Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally please allow adequate timing for your shipment as it can take up to 6 weeks to some destinations.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer a 30% discount to our listed prices for wholesale orders. Please set up an account and contact us to receive wholesale pricing. You can e-mail us at inquiry @ thebathshoppe dot ca and we will set your account for you.

Can I advertise on your site?

We will offer advertising to non competing websites. We look for unique items to offer our visitors. We do a great deal of advertising and can work out an arrangement with you. Please contact us. We will require that you have a banner made to our specifications of 675 pixels by 83 pixels.

For wholesalers/retailers we also offer a link on our retailers page to your website.

We are interested in having you at our show/event/sale...Would you be available?

We are always interested in looking for new venues to showcase our products. Please check our EVENTS calendar to see if there is an event posted for the date of your event. If we look available on the date, send us an e-mail with all the pertinent details and someone will contact you shortly with a reply.

I have an idea and want to know if you can do it.

Send us your idea or theme and we will be more than happy to work with you to make it come to life.

I have shopped around and your prices beat everyone by a long slide...How can you charge so little? Is it the same quality?

Well, thanks! We have much lower overhead than many other retailers. We don't have a storefront to maintain. As for quality, we spent a great deal of time sourcing out suppliers and we use only the best ingredients in our products. We are constantly updating our suppliers to bring you the best quality for the best price.

Okay your prices are low but how about your shipping charges?

Our shipping prices are pulled directly from the Canada Post website when you place your order. We do not pad our shipping and we do not use shipping charges as a means of making a profit.
